HiitFit is a high intensity interval training class designed to deliver multiple 30+ sec intervals that will fire up & burn out muscle groups. You can do anything for 30 seconds!
Full Fit is a functional full body workout that involves push/pull & leg exercises. Work all muscle groups to create a fully balanced body & help you move better.
Great for a beginner!
Toned & Fit is designed specifically for direct muscle targeting. Guided supersets (1 exercise after another) will get you closer to a toned and defined look. Prepare for muscular fatigue & feeling the burn!
Toned & Fit™
Fit Balance will involve core and stabilization. Anyone have back pain? Our goal is to safely engage our core to correct lack of spine support, create good posture & tone that stubborn area!

Healthy Fit Heart is exactly how you kill 2 birds with 1 stone. We will show you how to effectively combine strength training and cardio for maximum results!
Fit Body Calisthenics is our specialty class . We will lead you through bodyweight-only movements to redefine what your body is truly capable of!
Healthy Quick Fit is 100% cardio. The more fit you are, the faster you can recover. This class will guarantee to get you into the fat burning zone.
"I strongly recommend Artie for personal training for anyone who may be struggling with a disability. Unfortunately, I had to have brain surgery in 2015 leaving me completely paralyzed on my left side. I had about 8 months of physical therapy but then had to work on my own. I was struggling with how to adapt my usual exercises to accommodate my disability. I worked with one trainer who did not understand the brain muscle connection, so after a few months I ended this relationship and felt frustrated. Luckily I met Artie. He has been great. Right away he understood what I was asking and has adapted a multitude of exercises in order for me to succeed.
